Fence Request
In order to submit a property modification request, please fill out the below form and submit to the Board for approval.
Fence Specific Information:
The parameters should consist of the width of your unit and extends a distance of no more than 15 feet. Height of the fence may be 4, 5 or 6 feet. The fence must be black in architectural design. 2 gates installed-1 on each side for egress/ingress. These guidelines are outlined in the First Amendment of the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements. Your specs. and/or estimate received by the fence company should be attached. The fence company, regardless of the service, will require you to have the utility lines marked before they install the poles. This covers them for liability issues. They should provide you with a toll free number to call.
This area would then be considered Limited Common Elements rather than General Common Elements.
